ETA OF GOODS -Goods will be ready to ship within the lead time specified after order is made; you will have the confirmation of order with notice of ETA of goods arrival.
CURRENCY – The price stated in the website is in Singapore Dollars
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – For international shipping, the shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout, for big/ heavy items, we will email you on the delivery + Tax Cost.
LEAD TIME – For standard items with minor customization 3-4 weeks. For Project customization lead time will be varied according the complexity of the customization.
STOCK– All items are made to order.
RETURNS – Returns available within 7 business days of goods received. Items must be in original unused condition with its original packaging. For overseas customers, customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred to return the products.
ORDER CANCELLATION – We do not offer refunds, however we will provide credit.. Any cancellation must be made within 24 hours after confirmation of order. No cancellations will be accepted after the above grace periods. No cancellations will be accepted on rush orders or In Stock orders. Credits are valid for a period of three years from date of issuance.
WARRANTY – The warranty of MR Studio Product is 12 months, however we could offer extended warranty for every 12 months warranty extension 10% on top of the product value is charged. With MAX 3 years warranty. Please write to us to opt for this.
MR Studio reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged product, and all costs of shipping for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. In order to recover under this limited warranty, purchaser must make claim MR Studio within 10 business days of occurrence. MR Studio, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. In order to keep this limited warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence.
DAMAGE– All damage claims must be made in writing within 7 business days of receipt of goods. If damage has occurred in shipping, all packaging must be retained by receiver. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim.
STORAGE - Customers will receive notification as to the date of order completion. If shipment / Self collection are not made within 30 days of the completion date due to lack of payment or customer request, MR Studio reserves the right to cancel the order. Any payment prior is not refundable.
